F. Wade Davenport (Wade) is a Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) licensed in North Carolina and has 26 years experience, 7 years of practical field experience under the supervision of a licensed surveyor, and 19 years as a licensed Professional Land Surveyor. Wade specializes in the review of final drawings, scheduling field work and assisting field crews performing boundary surveys, easement surveys, topographic surveys for engineering and architectural design, construction staking, elevation certificates and residential loan surveys. Wade is also a Certified Floodplain Surveyor and has been since November of 2009.


William C. Butler Jr., P.L.S.

William C. Butler, Jr. (Billy) is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor. Licensed in North Carolina and has over 28 years experience in the profession. Billy has a broad range of knowledge in the surveying field with additional knowledge of the construction industry. He has experience in civil design, subdivision design, erosion and sediment control plans and topographic surveys. He has done extensive work in commercial and industrial site design. Billy has over 20 years of computer drafting experience. He also oversees the daily operations for Atlantic Surveying, P.A.



J. S. Janowski Engineering Winterville, NC

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, North Carolina State University, 1980

Mr. Janowski’s experience includes the coordination of projects with clients, state agencies, local agencies, federal regulatory agencies, citizen focal groups and government boards. He has successfully built and managed teams of professionals that have been responsible for planning, preparation of reports, construction plans, technical specifications and contract documents for water and wastewater facilities, schools and their infrastructure, transportation facilities, commercial and industrial site, and subdivisions ranging from small single family and multifamily communities to golf course communities.  Mr. Janowski has extensive experience in designing and permitting projects in the Neuse River and Tar/Pamlico River water sheds.  He has engineered projects utilizing the best management practices such as wet detention basins, bio-retention areas, recharge trenches, and constructed wetlands. He has also provided construction phase services for the observation and successful completion and certificaon of water and sewer facilities, storm water facilities, roads and site infrastructure.
